Upskilling

 

Upskilling plays a major role in life not just mine but every human, right from childhood to death do us part.

When we were born crying, jibber jabber was our way of communicating. 

But, we evolved learned how to speak with our parents and that doesn't end there, we continued to upskill our communication by going to school learning new languages by studying, hanging out with friends and their family, watching movies. 

Also, Communication is not the only thing we learn and upskill, there are other skills as well starting from observing to executing things effectively.

However, we all face a challenge to learn & upskill though it might be a easy peasy task for us. 

The fear of failing blinds us often and makes us think many people do it but I am a utter failure.

 In that case, personally what I would think is If I don't have the potential to learn this skill, I wouldn't have gotten the opportunity in the first place. 

Keeping that in my mind I always work to gain my confidence so that I learn and excel in it.

So, if you are in down point in your career where you feel that you don't have the potential in you to learn and upskill. 

Remember, that when you were a new born you would have cried, giggled to communicate something with your parents then spoke jiberrish slowly started communicating with your parents in same language as they speak. 

All it took was a effort from you trying to speak, proper guidance from you family. Same applies to your career as well you need the interest, efforts which you will have to put in & a proper guidance we all have many sources for that these days you just have to start actively looking for that.
