Me and Procrastination 🤜🤛

Gah! 

Feels like it's been long since I have done anything productive. I have that urge to do something productive yet I fail. 

I keep procrastinating, been wanting to write a blog, edit, voiceover and upload the video which I took weeks ago, prepare a sour dough starter, Do some craft works and embroidery and what not. 

I have the sources yet, I often feel that I have no energy which I am trying to overcome.

Feel that I took the decision to create YouTube without proper planning and execution which is a 100 percent true.

Since, reason for creating the YouTube channel is to share the knowledge also make myself feel productive and learn new every single day.

I still have put in some effort to learn and improve the content and the channel. 

Some what I still lag to articulate when I speak on videos. I either speak too much or I don't have enough to speak even a 60 seconds video. 

I am aware that I need to write script or do rehearse to make it work yet I do speak my mind which doesn't work most of the times. 

So, yeah I have been questioning my choices also seeing videos to make things better. 

Feeling mostly frustrated since I have no energy to deal with day to day things even if I want to.

Personally, venting out through words works for me to over come the frustration, stress and even depression works for me which is the first cause (Mental Inability) of procrastination. 

I just need to gain enough stamina which is a long process  to overcome the second cause (Physical Inability) of Procrastination
