Mental Break?
Hey people,
Sometimes, as a human being we will feel like not to do anything at all.
We may avoid interaction with people, like to lie in bed all day long without even eating despite the hunger.
Don't get anything done despite the responsibilities that we have in life for one another.
What do you think makes us not to do anything at all?
Personally, I would say when you run behind something it will eventually exhaust all your energy, the motivation and anything ever that pushed to chase the dream or the goal.
I come across this situation pretty often. I'll tell you what would I do personally when that happens for me.
Here is what I would do:
I would take a mental break, I won't think of literally anything at all for sometime.
Then, I would start processing my thoughts that I have on various aspects be good, bad, meaningful & meaningless literally anything that I ever thought of. Basically ranting to self.
Again, I would pause for a moment to think of what pushed to chase my goal earlier, is the people or my self interest or my responsibility?
I know a lot us doesn't like to leave our responsibility or people behind not because we cannot leave but because we don't like to leave them behind despite the long run.
Still, if the answer is people or responsiblity. I would ask myself how long am I going to run behind the goal for them?
Is there a chance that I can take a pause from my responsibility and people if yes how do we express them that we need a break?
I would tell them that I need to take a break for my mental health but still see how we can support one another at the end of the day we cannot neglect anything at all without considering the impact.
If it is the self interest, I would happily take some me time but there are times where we don't have the heart to take a break yet it's stressful.
In that case, I would brain storm to think what toughens the situation and how do I overcome?
I may not get the answer instantly atleast I have a new approach that makes a difference.
Because, Now I am all motivated to resolve the issue that I have come across.
Yeah, So do what works for you at the end of the day. Have no idea? Try mine then.
But, always remember to take a mental break at least for a hour in a day!
